I'm hosting a training and support call tomorrow and two more within the next couple of weeks for those just getting started with Toastmost, as well as those who have questions about how to use it more effectively. RSVP links below.
Let me also mention a few new features and reminders.
- You can now record new officers who have been elected without waiting until after July 1. The new pending officers list will automatically replace the current one after that date. In addition to being useful for officer listings on your website and agenda, updating the list at Settings -> Toastmasters effects the functioning of email formatters and other club website functions.
- Both the Settings -> Toastmasters and Settings -> RSVPMaker screens have been cleaned up and are now better organized.
- Both RSVPMaker and the Toastmost software have also been updated with a little help from AI so that screens should load and work faster. If you encounter glitches, let me know (at least I'll have the bot to blame).
- Now would be a good time to clean up your list of user accounts for members, removing accounts for those who have not renewed. If you download the member roster spreadsheet from toastmasters.org and import it into your website, Toastmost can help you identify the user accounts that should probably be removed because they don't match any paid member record.
- The Toastmost mobile app is available for your use in the iOS and Android app stores (demo video here). Search for "toastmost" and install the app. Then use the personalized QR code on the Enable Mobile App screen on the website dashboard to link the app to your account (screenshot below).
