New Agenda Note Editor Block
The latest update to the Toastmost agenda management software simplifies the use of agenda notes, which are how we represent the "stage directions" for the flow of the meeting, meaning everything from Theme and Word of the Day to "5-minute break."
The next time you log in as administrator, you may see a notice like this suggesting that you upgrade to the new format.

1 Agenda Note block instead of 2
Previously, there were two types of Agenda Note block, one of which could be edited on the front end (part of the same interactive agenda as signing up for roles) and was intended for things that tend to be different for each meeting, like Theme and Word of the Day. I called that an Editable Note.
The other Agenda Note block was meant to be more static, something like 5-minute break (with 5 minutes of time assigned on the agenda) for items that don't typically change from meeting to meeting.
While trying to explain the distinction to the incoming VPE at Online Presenters, I realized I had made things unnecessarily complicated. I'm now trying to atone for my sins.
