I will be hosting a couple of webinar tutorial sessions, one on Saturday and another on Wednesday September 2, focused on RSVPMaker, the events registration and email marketing WordPress plugin used within Toastmost.
This event won't be exclusively for Toastmasters because RSVPMaker is also used for other purposes -- for example, my client Swank Specialty Produce is preparing to launch a series of $200 a plate gourmet dinners where RSVPMaker will be used to announce the schedule, register guests, collect payments, and send reminders. I'm using it to send out this email. A local nonprofit news organization uses RSVPMaker to distribute its latest stories.
Within Toastmasters, I encourage the use of RSVPMaker to register guests, follow up with them, and convert them to members. A couple of districts have used it to register guests for their district conferences.
In presentations for Toastmasters, I don't always have time to go into great depth about how RSVPMaker works, but this time it will take center stage.
